Returned to Tom Tepe Chevrolet to replace the torque converter on my 2015 pickup. I typically service my own vehicles (literally grew up in a service station) however this job required a hoist and transmission jack, so I left it to the pro's. I say "Pro's" as I am very critical of work done, and the vehicle was not only repaired, but the wiring looms and all fasteners were reinstalled correctly as well. It appears to have been done as though I had done it myself, working on my own vehicle. Alyssa the service manager bent over backwards to get my vehicle in during a very busy time, and took the time to listen to my requests. Perhaps there are other shops that are less expensive, however the peace of mind of having things done right by an authorized dealer is something which I personally can't put a price on. Thanks again to everyone involved in getting my truck repaired, and I give you my highest recommendation.
