I had originally made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. The morning of my appointment, I ended up having a module go bad. The technician was quick to diagnose the problem, and after a short consultation with the service advisor, they determined that they had a module in stock and was able to have it programmed and installed, all within 3 hours total (including the oil change). I obviously ended up paying a lot more to the dealership than I initially planned to that day, but the staff was courteous and professional, and had me in and out as quickly as possible.

I am 73 years old and the bad news is I have a 2018 Chevy Traverse which I discovered sadly after purchasing it from Kelsey Chevrolet that a problem with the catalytic converters existed from the factory and is shared by many of us who purchased this vehicle and Chevrolet is aware of the problem but did nothing. Kelsey Chevrolet replaced the converter within a year after I purchased it and within two years the converter light came on again but I was met with horrific resistance by Kelsey Chevrolet who refused to work with me and sent me out the door. My car was out of warranty and I could not afford the quote given to me by Kelsey Chevrolet so I had to have a private mechanic replace it for me. And, yes, 2 years later the converter light came on again. NOW, the good news for me is that I contacted Tom Tepe and I spoke with Alyssa who is amazing to work with. The mechanic ran a diagnostic test to confirm that it wasn't an exhaust problem or sensor problem and that in fact it was the converter. They quoted a price to me that I was able to afford. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday and praise the Lord Alyssa called me Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick it up. I was having a surgical treatment on my foot and needless to say Alyssa and the mechanic took a huge amount of stress off of my plate. They represented Tom Tepe extremely well and Tom Tepe is blessed to have them on their work force. Thank you and I pray God's blessings on all of you!
