I purchased a 2017 Impala in December of 2016, that was my first experience with the Tom Tepe Dealership. They offered me my first oil change on them. From that day on I have brought my car back for oil changes and service. On Monday February the 9th, I brought my Impala in for an oil change. On the lot was a 2026 Equinox RS that had all the options I was looking for in a new car. I took a test drive with Jon and fell in love with the car. I came back with my husband so he could also test drive the car. We worked with Jon along with Zach to check out all our options. We then left to I could think it over to make sure I was ready for a different vehicle. The next day with Jon and Zach's help we drove the Equinox RS home and I love. I will continue to bring my Equinox RS back for service. They make you feel welcomed and everyone is willing to answer questions and work with you.

Dennis and the team always do the best they can to help us out at the Bible Baptist Church. He goes above and beyond.

Never have any problems when I go to get my car serviced

My car needed an oil change and my tires are rotated every other oil change. The work was accomplished quickly. Alyssa was great at the front desk checking me in and out. I appreciate Dennis and his whole team!

Tom Tepe is always excellent in service. I had to have my truck towed there because of an oil pressure problem it took a few days but I knew it would be taken care of as usual. I got my truck back and it’s all good. I have recently moved so I’m farther away from tom tepe and there were shops that I could’ve went to but I will choose time Tepe every time because I trust them and that’s the only place I will ever take my vehicles.

They always do a great job. They washed my car we have a dog. The back of the car was terrible and when we got the car back I could not believe how clean it was .. Thank you to the guys who took care of that…
